SQLite Manager（Firefoxアドオン）が起動しなくなった

昨日、FirefoxアドオンのSQLite Managerが起動しなくなったことに気付きました。SQLite Managerをアンインストール、インストールしてもだめ。Firefoxを再起動してもだめ。他のアドオンが絡んでいるのかと思って最近アップデートしたアドオンを無効にしてみたりしましたが、やっぱりだめ。いろいろ見てるとこちらで報告されていました。

I disabled all my other add-ons, and sqlite-manager worked.  One-by-one I started
enabling them again, and when I enabled the Delicious Bookmarks add-on,
sqlite-manager stopped working

どうやらDelicious Bookmarksがあるとだめらしい。そのうち対応されると思いますが、とりあえず回避するには以下のようにすればよいらしいです。

open a new tab in firefox and in the address bar enter
chrome://sqlitemanager/content/sqlitemanager.xul
